Partner with us
We are accepting key partnership opportunties to partner with on our expansion residences development. You will have your own private login where you can manage if or when you’d like to rent out your space, add specific preferences upon arrival, and receive owner events and updates.
Private Owners’ homes will be fully designed by Malek Alqadi and managed by our dedicated Folly team, which will provide housekeeping property maintenance, and security services. Private Owners will have the option of receiving use of an All-Terrain Electric onsite vehicle once the Folly Home is completed. The Vehicle will be provided and serviced by Folly.
Special guest room rates
For guests and family who wish to stay at Folly, Owners will be able to extend an attractive “Private Owners Rate” for services and activities.
